WINDLL.DLL Virus

1)  Finding out if you are infected
    
 	- Go to Start/Find and search for the file windll.dll
	- The file will be approx 8,192 in size
	- Record the location/path (example: C:\windows\system) of the file

2)  Once you have found it restart your computer in MS-DOS prompt
	
	- To do this hit Start/Shutdown
	- Then click "Restart in MS-DOS Mode"

3)  Once in DOS switch over to the recorded loacation/path

	- Use the command 'cd' to switch directories (example cd windows/system)

4)  Once in the recorded path delete the file windll.dll
	
	- Use the command 'del' to delete the file (example del windll.dll)

5)  Now to find the 'exe' file that is causing all this

	- The file is usually named "exe~1.   " look for that
        - If you can't find "exe~1.   " then stay in the current path and type "dir/p/o" look
          for anything that is around 124,928 bytes in size
        - Once you have found the file 124,928 bytes in size delete it (using 'del' command)

6)  You can now restart your system safely

7)  To totally clean your system of this dll file (Advancded Users)

	- Run 'regedit' (Start/Run)
	- Hit find and look for "windll.dll"
	- Once found delete the folder that has it

DONE!!
