Feeling like maybe you are being ICMP'ed?? Or maybe you are lagged and cant figure out why? Make sure your machine is not being accessed by an unauthorized person or maybe you have a connection running in the background that you forgot about.
To see exactly who your specific machine is connected to, go to the
MSDOS prompt (Start/Programs/MSDOS Prompt) and at the C:\ prompt,
type: netstat
